The staff were so polite and helpful, I booked an appointment to renew my passport through telephone..and when she checked the photos they had to be readone since they weren't to the standard for applying,so she handed me the address to a photo shop not far from the office to have them redone and when I returned 30 minutes later she handled the application efficiently and warmly,, she deserves a raise...
(Small suggestion since Australian passport pictures have specific requirements there should be an office for picture retakes in the same floor as the the embassy for convenience and professional requirements.)

Jennifer is a gem. She was a breath of fresh air in a country that is often hard to navigate. I would recommend she receive a raise in pay !!
